AVAILABLE ARTWORK
Rosemary Butterbaugh's newest work is water-based monotype, using Akua Kolor inks or regular watercolors. See below for traditional transparent watercolor paintings.
The monotypes are generally in two styles, representational and idiological. The representational prints are basically reduction/addition and depict a landscape scene or closeups of flowers ro vegetables. The idiological pieces are more complicated, somtimes requiring 10 pulls to get the proper depth, color saturation and composition.
